Wild Flow Terms & Conditions

Article 1: Definitions

1.1. General Terms and Conditions: The General Terms and Conditions used by Wild Flow are available on the website of Wild Flow www.wildflow-er.com.

1.2. Wild Flow is registered in the trade register under number 63375427 and is located in Haarlem.

1.3. Participant: a person who participates in classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats organized by Wild Flow.

1.4. Agreement: the agreement between the participant and Wild Flow is established upon the participant’s payment for the class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat at Glow Wild Flow.

1.5. Price: the total price of a class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat including VAT.

 

Article 2: Applicability

The General Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to all classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats. By participating in a class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat at Wild Flow, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions. Wild Flow reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. The most recent version is the applicable version and is published on the website www.wildflow-er.com.

Article 3: Payments, Prices, and Cancellation

3.1. The most recent and valid prices for all classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats are available on the website www.wildflow-er.com. Wild Flow reserves the right to make schedule and price changes at any time.

3.2. The participant registers for classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats through the website of Wild Flow. After registration and upon receipt of the required payment for the class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat, the participant is guaranteed a spot.

3.3. Cancellation of participation should be done by sending an email to info@wildflow-er.com before the start of the class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat.

3.4. The participant can cancel participation free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before the class, community gathering, workshop or course. If the cancellation is made within thirteen (13) days before the workshop or training, 25% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations made within 6-4 days before the workshop or training, 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations made within 3-0 days before the workshop or training will result in the full amount being charged.

3.5. Deviating regulations for retreat cancellations

For cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of a retreat, the participant will receive the total amount minus the deposit. For cancellations made 29-19 days before the start of a retreat, 25% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations made 18-10 days before, 50% of the total amount will be charged. The full amount will be charged for cancellations made within 9 days before the start of a retreat.

3.6. Gift Card

A Wild Flow Gift Card, already converted into a class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat given as a gift, is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

Article 4: House Rules

– Please contact Wild Flow when you can’t participate in a class, workshop, community gathering, course or retreat you signed up for.

– The participant arrives on time for the class. (5-10 minutes prior).

– The participant handles yoga mats and other equipment with care.

– The participant cleans used yoga mats at the end of the class.

– Shoes are to be removed upon entering the studio and placed in the wardrobe.

– The participant keeps all spaces (studio, kitchen, restroom, and changing room) as clean as possible.

Misconduct

We have a ZERO tolerance policy regarding harassment or misconduct of any kind. If this policy is violated, we will ask the perpetrator to leave the studio, with the option of involving local authorities if necessary. Wild Flow reserves the right to take legal action to the full extent of the law.

Wild Flow and its staff withhold the right to deny access to any person/client who has demonstrated any behavior deemed inappropriate in any way.

Inappropriate behavior may be defined as, but not limited to, harassment (sexual or otherwise), insubordination, threats, bias, abuse, potentially harmful behavior, bullying, or unkindness towards fellow participants.

Participants asked to leave due to any form of harassment or misconduct will not receive a full or partial refund for the pre-paid money for their packages or products.

Wild Flow reserves the right to deny access to participants who, in its opinion, do not comply with the house rules and policies, and/ or deny access to classes, workshops, community gathering, courses and retreats without a refund of any fees already paid.

Article 5: Liability

Participating in classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats at Wild Flow, and leaving personal belongings behind is at the participant’s own risk. Wild Flow accepts no liability for physical and/or mental injury, damage, loss, or any other form of harm related to attending and/or participating in classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats organized by Wild Flow. Participants are advised to consult a doctor before starting classes if they are unsure of their physical health or if they are pregnant. Despite working with qualified teachers and providing high-quality classes, community gatherings, workshops, courses and retreats, there is always a risk of injury while working with the body. By participating in a class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat at Wild Flow, the participant accepts this risk of injury and/or harm. If a participant has an injury or other physical discomfort, they should inform the respective teacher before the start of the class, community gathering, workshop, course or retreat. Participants should carefully execute the exercises and consider any physical limitations. Participants should listen attentively to their body’s signals, act accordingly, and avoid performing exercises that cause pain.

Article 6: Applicable Law / Disputes

6.1. All products, agreements, and the General Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

6.2. Any disputes related to a class, community gathering, workshop, course, retreat, payment and the General Terms and Conditions, as well as availing other products and services from or at Wild Flow, shall initially be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 7: Personal Data

7.1. For maintaining its database, processing payment instructions, and administrative purposes, Wild Flow collects personal data from the participants. Wild Flow handles this personal data with care and always complies with the provisions of the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens). Wild Flow never shares the participants’ personal data with third parties without prior written consent. Personal data, such as email addresses, is used by Wild Flow to inform participants and members about activities organized by Wild Flow and to communicate any schedule or price changes. Individuals can opt-out of receiving the Wild Flow newsletter or indicate that they do not wish to receive communication from Wild Flow by sending an email to info@wildfow-er.com.
