• First and last name

• Address, zip code and place of residence

Your IP address is automatically stored when placing an order to detect fraud during payment. If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, email and IP) will be deleted from our server at the end of this month.

When making a payment on the Wild Flow website, you will be redirected to a Payment Processor website through a secure connection for the transaction. Wild Flow also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

3.   How long do we keep your personal data?

Wild Flow does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. If you stop using our services, we keep your data for a maximum of 7 years as proof to the tax authorities. Address details can possibly be removed from your account. We need your first and last name and email address to know that you have used our services.

4. Newsletter

The newsletter that Wild Flow sends is sent via Wix. Wix must also comply with European privacy legislation and is therefore obliged to handle all email data they receive with care. With your permission, we use Facebook cookies to make advertisements available. These cookies ensure that advertisements relevant to you are displayed. More information about Facebook's cookies can be found on the Facebook website.

7. Disable and remove cookies

Do you want to disable or delete cookies? You can do this via your browser settings. If necessary, use the help function of your browser to find out how you can do this.

Things you can always do:
• Automatically disable 'third-party cookies' in your browser. Modern browsers (Chrome and Firefox) offer many options for this.
• Indicate in your browser settings that you do not want to be 'tracked'
• You can always delete the placed cookies from your browser and you can also block them per domain.

You can find more information on how to disable cookies via the website www.youronlinechoices.eu.

8. Social media

Wild Flow is represented on various Social Media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Here we share all our fun Wild Flow activities with the world. We organize many great gatherings and of course we want to reach as many people as possible.

For this reason, in addition to posts with announcements, we also use photos of our activities with our wonderful participants. We use photos in which participants are not recognizable. For all other photos, we assume that everyone is okay with sharing this with our followers. It is not feasible, especially in large groups, to ask everyone for personal permission. We do promise that we will always handle participants' photos with care and respect. Each participant also has the opportunity at any time prior to the event, during or afterwards to indicate that they do not wish to be photographed or made unrecognizable. Even if a post has been shared and afterwards there is a wish not to be recognizable on our Social Media channels, we will adjust or delete the post.

9. Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Wild Flow remains responsible for these processes.

10. View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Wild Flow and you have the right to data portability. You can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

11. Automated decision making

Wild Flow does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being involved (for example an employee of Wild Flow).
